Eligible for Refund

You may apply for a full refund if our system completely fails to deliver your ordered AI generation service after payment, and the failure is caused by our side technical error.

Non‑Refundable Situations

Virtual digital service has been delivered and AI image outputs are generated successfully.
You are unsatisfied with the artistic style, visual effect of AI generated pictures, subjective aesthetic dissatisfaction does not support refund.
Violation of our Terms of Service will void refund application.
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase.

How To Apply for Refund

Send your order information to our business contact email on Contact Us page. We will process your refund request within 3‑7 working days after receiving valid application.
